I've known Andrew for many years and a few members of his team. Andrew is about quality and I've always been able to rely on his quality of information, advice, and service. Almost lost my business because of bad ideas they have suggested and they don't even know the consequences before giving any suggestions. Please don't tell me to delete this feedback, tell me what would be options to overcome this situation.So what happened I was using my license and it was time to renew it so I called QSS to renew it and they suggested me to use their own license because it is cheaper to do so. I said OK why not and than my license I was expired on April and QSS they don't even think if Health Canada doesn't approved on time some like me has to stop their business, Since than I am not doing anything and no further compensation from QSS.
